Delete your Ezloop account

You can delete your Ezloop account inside the Ezloop Controller app:

Settings → Account → Delete Account

If you cannot access the app, email privacy@ezloop.app from the email address linked to your Ezloop account with the subject “Delete my account”.

What happens when your account is deleted

When your account is deleted, we delete or deactivate your account profile, revoke active sessions, remove paired displays and device groups, revoke display credentials, delete playlists, playlist items, playlist assignments, and external media sources associated with your account, and remove uploaded media files from storage on a best-effort basis while marking related media records as deleted.

We may retain certain records where required or permitted for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, backup, audit, billing, or compliance purposes. Backup copies and retained records are handled according to our Privacy Policy.
